كتاب الزكاة
Chapter 52: Gifts are permissible for the Prophet (ﷺ) and Banu Hashim and Banu Al-Muttalib, even if the giver acquired it by way of charity. When the receipient takes possession of Charity, it is no longer described as charity, and it is permissible for anyone for whom charity is otherwise unlawful
باب إِبَاحَةِ الْهَدِيَّةِ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلِبَنِي هَاشِمٍ وَبَنِي الْمُطَّلِبِ
Sahih Muslim 1073 a
Juwayriya, the wife of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)" said that Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to her and said
Is there anything to eat? She said: Messenger of Allah, I swear by Allah, there is no food with us except a bone of goat which my freed maid-servant was given as sadaqa. Upon this he said: Bring that to me, for it (the sadaqa) has reached its destination.حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ عُبَيْدَ بْنَ السَّبَّاقِ، قَالَ إِنَّ جُوَيْرِيَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَ " هَلْ مِنْ طَعَامٍ " . قَالَتْ لاَ وَاللَّهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا عِنْدَنَا طَعَامٌ إِلاَّ عَظْمٌ مِنْ شَاةٍ أُعْطِيَتْهُ مَوْلاَتِي مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ . فَقَالَ " قَرِّبِيهِ فَقَدْ بَلَغَتْ مَحِلَّهَا " .
